What to expect during our sessions
The physiotherapist conducts an initial 75-minute assessment, examining strength, balance, coordination, and fall risks (vision, neurological issues, medications, medical conditions). A personalized exercise program is created, easy to practice and that can be safely integrated into daily routines. All consultations are held in private to ensure comfort and confidentiality.
Follow-up sessions of 60 minutes include balance exercises with specific techniques and equipment. Fall prevention strategies will be discussed, icluding home environment adjustments, and the importance of regular physical activity to improve strength and balance.
This service helps reduce fall risks, prevent injuries, and promote autonomy.
