Our sports injury rehabilitation service for runners focuses on recovery, technique enhancement, and injury prevention. Our physiotherapist Gabrielle Demers will assess you on a treadmill or outdoors, analyzing your posture, stride, cadence, and body movements.

What to expect during our sessions

We provide physiotherapy services in a private clinic. The initial assessment for the running program lasts 90 minutes, with follow-up sessions ranging from 45 to 60 minutes. All consultations are conducted in private rooms for your comfort and confidentiality.

During the first session, we assess your physical condition, symptoms, and functional abilities to create a personalized treatment plan. In follow-up sessions, the physiotherapist will apply various therapies, prescribe exercises, and offer advice to support your recovery.
