What to expect during our sessions

The initial assessment lasts 75 minutes, allowing for a thorough analysis of your overall health, symptoms, and functional abilities. This evaluation helps establish a personalized treatment plan aligned with your goals. To ensure your comfort and privacy, all consultations take place in private rooms.
Follow-up sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes. During these sessions, the physiotherapist will apply various therapeutic approaches adapted to your condition. They may also prescribe specific exercises to do at home and provide self-management advice to improve your well-being and optimize your quality of life.
